Junior Mathematical Challenge 2018

Our Senior pupils enjoyed taking part in the Junior Mathematical Challenge 2018.  Organised by the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT), the Challenge aims to stimulate mathematical problem solving.

The Junior Challenge is open to students in Year 8 or below and is the UK’s most popular mathematics competition with over 300 000 students taking part each year. To recognise the highest performers in the Challenge, the top-scoring 40% of participants are awarded bronze, silver and gold certificates in the ratio 3:2:1. The next UKMT Challenge will take place on Tuesday 30 April 2019, for more information and previous papers visit : UKMTJuniorMathematicalChallenge
