CLICK Week 2019

Last week was a special week at St Francis, where the normal timetable gave way to a week focusing on CLICK, a core set of skills we would like our pupils to develop inside and outside the classroom. CLICK helps us to communicate these five key skills: Collaboration, Leadership, Independence, Challenge and Kindness. This year the skills were brought to life by the CLICK animals – ask your child about the Collaborating Clownfish or the Kindness Kangaroo!

The children participated in a full programme of imaginative activities during the week, all designed so they could put their skills in practise, including;

  • Escape Room
  • Flash Mob
  • Treasure Hunt
  • Croc River
  • St Francis Has Talent
  • Spread Your Wings
  • Crazy Catapults
  • Cookery
  • Leadership tasks
  • Forest School
  • World Monument Building
  • French Day – featuring the ‘Tour de St Francis’ bicycle race!

You can see some photographs of CLICK week here.

The week finished with an exciting drone video shoot, where everyone gathered on the field to spell out the word ‘CLICK’. We look forward to sharing the footage with you!
