Fly Fishing Club Competition

At the end of last month, The Fly Fishing Club met up at Busheyleaze Lake near Lechlade for a fishing competition which raised much needed funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

The sun shone and with the help of Fly Fishing instructor Mark Sofflet, a number of good sized trout were hooked, played and landed by our pupils.

The overall winner was Year 4 pupil Emanuelle, who received a plaque and certificate.

This will be an annual event to catch fish, have some fun and raise funds for charity.  Well done to all the boys and girls in Fly Fishing Club!
